General Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We've a selection of shipping methods available to suit your needs, including a free option on most orders over £39.


Options include shipping by post or courier (DPD, FedEx, ParcelForce, DHL) and there's a bespoke Saturday option too.


Options start from just £3.49.


If you need something in a hurry and not sure which option to select, just get in touch and we'll advise the best options available to you.

What are your shipping and return policies?

If you have a delivery issue or would like to return an item, please get in touch in the first instance.

Couriers can be a bit tricky to get in touch with, and we are best placed to assist you if there is a delivery delay.

We ask that any damage be recorded by photo so we can liase with the relevant parties as quickly as possible to you.

Should you desire to return an item, please contact us via the 'Help@ button or via the Contact Us form. Depending on the item and reason for return we may arrange collection and will advise on this.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes!

Despite there being a number of additional steps following BREXIT, we do ship to most countries where the importing of plant or other products allow.

If your country is not available at checkout or within the View Cart option where there's a handy shipping estimator, do get in touch!

Payments

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept most cards, including AMEX, along with PayPal, Amazon Pay and payment via mobile wallets (such as Apple Pay ).

We are also able to accept bank transfer - please get in touch for details on this.

Payment can be made at the time of order on our secure website, or if you prefer to place your order by phone, just give us a call!

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes - please use the secure checkout to place your order and contact us if you have any queries.

We are also able to accept international bank transfers if you prefer - just ask for details.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

VAT/tax, where applicable, is included on the price you see at checkout.

For international customers, this may have implications for import duty. Please get in touch if you have any queries on this.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Please get in touch with us in the first instance, and we will advise based on the item being returned and the reason for the return.

If an item is damaged or faulty. we may require a photo to pass to the manufacturer or courier so we'd recommend taking a few photos in the first instance and then get in touch.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

In the case of a damaged item, a refund is usually processed right away back to the payment method used in the original purchase.

If an item is to be returned to us, a refund will be made once the item has arrived back to us in appropriate condition.
